Kate Adams.
Founder and Managing Director.
For over 15 years Kate has worked with musicians from a broad spectrum of disciplines and on a catalogue of award-winning international touring projects. She launched Avanti Arts in the midst of Covid19 to find an adaptable approach to arts management, and an eclectic roster of artists and projects continues to develop organically. Away from work, Kate is enjoying the adventure of raising a young family and continuing her own music making when time allows!

Myrddin Rees Davies.
Associate Artist Manager.
Myrddin originally trained as a horn player, a career path which led him to play with orchestras across the UK and Europe, before spending three years as principal horn of the Cairo Symphony Orchestra in Egypt. With the ambition to learn French, Myrddin moved to France in 2022 as an au pair, also undertaking a six-month internship at the Agence Artistique Jacques Thelen. He joined Avanti Arts in July 2023 as an Assistant Artist Manager, with a promotion to Associate Artist Manager the following summer.
